Con el nombre de \u201cLa Caprichosa\u201d hemos querido rendir homenaje a nuestro vi\u00f1edo m\u00e1s especial, de suelo cascajoso y con baja fertilidad, plantado en vaso y con m\u00e1s de treinta a\u00f1os de antig\u00fcedad. En su cuidada elaboraci\u00f3n ha jugado un papel muy importante la crianza de cuatro meses sobre l\u00edas, que permite lograr un vino de mayor car\u00e1cter, cuerpo y untuosidad.<\/p>\n
Color amarillo pajizo brillante, con reflejos verdosos. Aroma intenso y complejo, con notas de fruta blanca madura y apuntes minerales. Fresco y franco en boca, con volumen, suave y persistente.<\/p>\n
