With the name “La Caprichosa,” we wanted to pay tribute to our most special vineyard, which is over thirty years old. Thanks to six months of aging on lees, we obtain a wine with greater character, body, and smoothness.
Color: Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Aroma: Intense and complex aroma, with notes of ripe white fruit and mineral hints.
Palate: Fresh, full-bodied, smooth, and persistent.
100% Verdejo, from old vines, bush-trained on stony, low-fertility soils.
Long pre-fermentation maceration, slow fermentation, and four months on the lees.
