His approach combines technical knowledge with attentive listening to what each vintage needs in order to make wines with soul.

"My challenge is to produce honest wines that speak of the vineyard and our land, with freshness, balance, and personality,” she says.

Under his leadership, the winery has committed itself to the precise and rigorous production of Verdejo, testing new techniques and always striving for the highest varietal quality. He has also succeeded in imbuing the rest of the creations that now form part of Bornos' DNA with character.
