Located in Rueda, our winery was founded and began production in 1976, with a history parallel to that of the Designation of Origin. The early years saw the brand establish itself in Castile and León, before rapidly expanding nationally and internationally.

Palacio de Bornos was the first winery to produce sparkling wine in Castile and León, beginning its history in 1978. Since then, it has worked with the Verdejo variety to create single-varietal wines that stand out for their unique personality and character. Using traditional methods, each sparkling wine reflects the quality and elegance that characterize the winery, making it an authentic expression of the region.
